AI Stack Advisor ("the Service") provides AI-powered readiness assessments and tool recommendations for businesses. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service is provided by AI Stack Advisor. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• The Pro report is a one-time payment of $9 USD. There is no recurring subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Refund policy: Because the full report is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are not available once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact us within 7 days.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense report content without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate assessments.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the recommendation engine or API.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All recommendations provided by AI Stack Advisor are AI-generated based on the information you provide. They are intended as a starting point for your own evaluation and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.

Tool recommendations, pricing estimates, and time-saving projections are illustrative and based on industry averages. Results will vary by company. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any recommendation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI STACK ADVISOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
